Colour Disclaimer

• The images you see on this website represent actual physical works of Art in a variety of different media types and as "representations", may not exactly match the original Artwork. Inaccuracies in colour reproduction may be introduced by lighting and scanning methods, image compression schemes, the computer’s video card resolution and palette or the browser used for viewing. A viewers monitor screen may not calibrated properly or set differently than expected. We strive to reproduce the image colours as accurately as possible and on our design system the image colours in these web pages closely parallel the actual Artwork colours however we don’t know what they might look like on your computer monitor.
• Works on paper are particularly difficult to reproduce as different papers have subtle differences in colour, whiteness, brightness and texture not possible to reproduce in the small files required for efficient web viewing. Artworks on paper and may also have a ragged or smooth edge finish not always shown.
